AmuseMe is an amusement park app and theme park ride tracker operated by AmuseMe LLC for recording rides, building park-day scores, completing theme park challenges, saving ride history, and comparing results with friends or boards. This policy explains the information handled by the app and support site.

Information handled by AmuseMe

• Account and profile information: identifiers, nickname or handle, friend relationships, family/watch member profiles, board preferences, and account settings.
• Ride records and scores: park, ride, ride session timing, saved results, ratings, scores, points, accomplishments, challenge attempts, and ride history.
• Location information: location may be used for park selection, nearby park context, and ride-session context when permission is granted.
• Motion and fitness information: motion data may be used while recording a ride with iPhone or Apple Watch.
• Health or heart-rate information: heart-rate related information may be used when Apple Health permission is granted and the feature is available.
• Subscriptions or purchases: purchase or entitlement information may be used to manage park access and paid features.
• Support information: messages sent to support may include your email address, device details, park, ride, approximate issue time, screenshots, and anything else you choose to include.
• Diagnostics: diagnostic information may be used to operate the app, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and keep boards and account features working.

• Sync the experience between iPhone and Apple Watch.

AmuseMe LLC may use service providers to operate the app and website, store app data, process support requests, manage purchases, diagnose issues, and keep the service reliable. This policy does not name providers that are not relevant to using the app.

Retention, deletion, and choices

Ride records, account information, support messages, and diagnostic information are retained as needed for AmuseMe LLC to operate AmuseMe, provide support, maintain boards and history, comply with applicable requirements, and protect the service. Device permissions such as Location, Motion & Fitness, and Health can be managed in iOS settings. Turning off a permission may limit related app features.
